You can start by offering more selections (anti-aging, serum, foundation, etc.) - You can also cater to special niche markets (anti-stretch mark lotions, mens cosmetic line, ethnic niches, mothers-to-be,etc.)



A big myth out there about starting your own cosmetics line is...starting a cosmetics line takes a lot of capital. Well, in many cases, this just isn't true. Only a few hundred dollars for supplies and materials is needed to get started.



With a clever twist, you can easily upgrade an existing product into a "new and improved" one. For example, a popular lip enhancing product is basically lip gloss filled with ginger extract to increase blood circulation in lips.



Now it's a big hit and has made its creators millionaires.
